These meatless “meatballs” are made with grated zucchini, garlic, Pecorino Romano, basil, bread crumbs and egg, then baked in the oven and finished in your favorite sauce. A new family favorite you’ve got to try!
These were easy, healthy, and delicious! No seasoning packets, just fresh ingredients and the oven does all the work. Less than 15 minutes prep and you are ready to go! And kid-approved!!!

I love tuna salad, I always have. But most tuna salads are loaded with fat and calories from the mayonnaise. I'm here to say that this alternative is amazingly delicious!
