Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs
Anyone else love 20 Minute Meals?!
I don’t know about you, but I’m always looking for a simple and delicious meal that everybody in my family likes - even the #pickyeaters.
And these teriyaki chicken meatballs do the trick every time!!
You can do them in the instant pot for 20 min or slow cooker mode on low for 8 hours, high for 4 hours.
My son request them and it’s one of the ways I can get him to eat almost any vegetable. My kids & hubby love theirs over rice, I love mine over lower-carb noodle options (like shirataki noodles) or extra stirfried vegetables.
Sooooo good!!
