I’m doing this for me…

I’m doing this for me. . .

2 months ago, we entered a period of social distancing.⠀

And after a few weeks of emotional eating, watching way too much news, drinking too many cocktails at the end of the day, all while my anxiety was at an all time high, I knew I needed to take back control. I needed to make some changes.

I’ll be turning 40 is less than 5 months and a pandemic isn’t going to stop me entering my 40s as the strongest & healthiest version of myself both physically and mentally.

These last few years have taught me so much...

I’ve learned how to speak to myself kindly and with compassion.

I’ve learned where my true passion & purpose lie.

I’ve learned how to love myself & prioritize self-care, including mental wellness.

I’ve learned how to live my best life.

And most of all, I’ve learned how short life really is.

So I doubled down & recommitted to our Virtual Gym - an online group of women who decided that their health was ONE thing that they had control over right now, and that they were worth FIGHTING for.⠀

And so did I.

I gained strength and determination from them. I was going to take full advantage of a habit that I had already established: working out at home - every day.⠀

I gained self-confidence and mental power by sticking with a program during 6 of the most strange and stressful weeks. . .⠀ I was FAR from perfect!⠀ I treated myself (and my emotions) but a lot of the time, I was FOCUSED.⠀

I feel brave and strong and capable.⠀ THOSE feelings Are EVERYTHING!⠀

And I want you to experience them too.
