Easy Crockpot Pulled Pork

This recipe is a family-favorite and win for busy moms because it’s hands-off and you can use it for lots of different dinners. We like to use it for tacos and Asian lettuce wraps.

Ingredients

  • 3lbs of pork loin, trimmed of fat

  • Your favorite BBQ rub or a combination of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, dried chilis, and/or cayenne

  • 1/2 large onion, quartered

  • 2 stalks of celery, cut in 3rds

  • 1/2 cup water


Instructions

  1. Place the onions and celery on the bottom of slow cooker.

  2. Rub the pork loin with seasonings and place over the veggies.

  3. Pour the water on the bottom so pork will not dry out.

  4. Cook on low for 8 hours.

  5. Shred apart and be creative with how you serve it.

  6. Enjoy with your family or friends!
